From its self-developed EVI technology and intelligent defrosting system, NEWNTIDE's heating & cooling heat pump can operate stably at the Chinese scientific station in South Antarctic, providing a comfortable working environment for the scientists. In addition, with the ever-growing importance of environmental protection globally, NEWNTIDE shifts the traditional refrigerant R22 to R32 and R290, making human life more sustainable.

NEWNTIDE adopts ABB robots hands to install the key components. Such as compressor. With accurate positioning, the error caused by traditional manual operation is eliminated. So we can realize high-efficiency producing and improving the quality of products.
Helium has the smallest density of molecules, while it has strong penetrating ability, which make the Helium a more accurate method than traditional leak detection methods. By innovatively using Helium leak detection, NEWNTIDE's fault rate was decreased a lot.
Traditional heat pump manufacturers use a "point-to-point" artificial vacuum testing system, which slow down the producing rate seriously. NEWNTIDE's automatical vaccum machines are able to vaccumize 6 units at the same time. And the pressure is accurately monitored and controly.
Compared with manual testing, automated electrical safety testing is more efficient and safer.
Automatic packaging machine can pack the strap in a customized standard way and intelligently control the packing speed without any damage. Every unit is well packed and the production capacity was improved for more than 50%.
Automatic robot can stack the cartons according to the pre-set program.
Replacing the traditional hoisting, the automatic Stacking and Transporting in NEWNTIDEfactory can not only reduce manual operation but also improve efficiency.
